This, my second quilt, was a labor of love on two counts. Entirely paper pieced, which I love to do and a surprise birthday gift for my husband!
Over 120 different green fabrics used in the grass blocks and about 60 used in the ducks.
By designer Rebecca Manthey, from the book PP Potpourri Fun-Filled Projects for Every Quilter.

Amazing. Is there a loon pattern in the book? Our lake has loons on it and I would love to make a quilt with them in it.

IrishNY: Sorry there aren't any loons in the book. That's a pattern I'd love to have. We have loons near where we live. If you ever find a pattern keep me in mind!
