I made that quilt because I wanted to match the wall and couldn't find anything to buy. It was my fiirst quilt other than baby quilts. I have a blanket in side and stiched in the ditch by hand. It has a mix of fabric , cotton and poly. I had no idea what I was doing. I enjoyed making it so I read up on line and got books from the library. I have been quilting a year in april. Larry is a Quilting fool. Every quilt is covered with hair from him and buddy Murphy..... I am really enjoying myself and wished I had started long ago.

Loved your quilt tops. I make myself finish a quilt before I can start another one (except blocks of the month). I don't have to worry about not finishing, because I have always found another I want to start.

Hi Ruth I'm currently taking a class from quilt university in attic windows. I like your version that has the windows going in opposite directions and will probably try it that way. It isn't easy, getting the mitres to work out right.

Are you ever right. That is one of the first I made. That is so out of whack. some of those angles are really bad. I think I will be hand tying this one. I still like the pattern and maybe try it again some time when I get a little more experience

Ruth, Your quilt tops are great. Do you plan to quilt them yourself?
