Default Drunkards path

Just finished this top and getting ready for quilting.
It is made with all batik in dauther-in-laws favorite colors.
I can't decide what design to quilt it with.
Any suggestions?
It took me over 6 months to put together. While cutting pieces I strained the tendons in my left hand holding templates down, and then while flicking a big grasshopper off of my mind plant, I tore the tendons on long finger. Ended up having surgery and healing took forever. Didn't think I would ever get full use back.
all is good now.
Thank you

Are you machine quilting it or hand quilting it? It's very, very pretty!

Lovely top! So sorry you hurt yourself! I think a water ripple pattern in a dark thread would look good. It reminds me of Monet’s Water Lilies painting.

It's very pretty! Your daughter in law will love it. I am so glad that you are recovered from your hand strain. That must have been a Big grasshopper...
