Default My Latest Finish

This is the quilt I didn't like, and had to make myself finish. I used hot pink fleece for the backing and serged a wave stitch around the edge. My daughter came by tonight and claimed it. When she saw it she said she wondered about what happened to it. She asked for it years ago. Thanks for looking.

Aren't daughters wonderful! I like the bright colors against the dark, I bet the pink fleece really compliment the top. Thanks for sharing.

As the saying goes, Ones man's junk is another mans treasures. I'm so happy your daughter wanted it! I really like your quilt myself, but i've always like that daisy pattern, So bright and cheerful.

I have 3 daughters and 4 granddaughters, I just love it when one of them says Oh Mom or oh Nanny when they see one of my quilts. I know it will have a good home when its finished. Your quilt is so cute and I can tell she loves it.

Your quilt made me smile this morning at 3:30 am. We are always the toughest on ourselves. Great quilt. I bet it's nice to cuddle up in. Did you use batting in between the top and the fleece backing?
