Default Eagle-Mt. Rushmore panel quilt for husband

As a few members know I make several quilts for the veterans each year, a cause near and dear to my heart. A member from our guild picked up an Eagle panel quilt for a senior who is into the military. My husband was whining to her that I have never made him an Eagle quilt ( have made him another quilt). So when she went shopping she happened to find this panel and bought it for me so I could make him a quilt. He was quite surprised and glad that he whined lol.

Dennis looks fantastic under his new beautiful quilt! Tell him HI. We didn't see Rushmore this time but did see 7 National Parks along our way to Seattle and the beauty of this majestic land, not quite from sea to shining sea, but from IL to the Pacific. The eastern half will come next month in our drive to CT. DH graciously stopped at 6 quilt shops along the way for Row by Rows, and we shipped the other goodies from MSQC & McKenna Ryan's in Portland to help eliminate the bulk on our train ride home : )
