Very pretty! I would suggest that you pick up the quilt and launder it yourself. A beautiful quilt I made my mother was stolen in the nursing home and broke both of our hearts.

That's a beautiful scrappy. She will have fun looking at all those fabrics!

My mother had the same results from a stroke when I was a little girl... speech problems and her whole left side paralyzed. But eventually she regained everything.

I have to say that a lovely purple blanket I sent my SIL disappeared on the very day I sent it to her. My niece found it down the hall on another person's bed. She put it in her car and left it there so my SIL could use when she was being transported in the car. (note: my SIL's name, room, was on the blanket, but that did not keep in the correct room. I often wonder how many such gifts go home with someone else?
