no pattern, search out Eddie's tute on the baskets... I just moved the coil outta the way, then kept sewing on the basket core, then rejoined. ~ I did sew a few backstitches to secure at that junction... then went a few more rounds to make the handle a little thicker than 1-coil wide. Hope that makes sense?

Yeah, miss Coco loves that darned thing. Hubby has already said I need to make 3 more (we have 4 beardies)

It just goes to show that no matter how bad we think our work is, someone or something will love it.
I happen to think it's great. I love Coco! Last time we were in pet smart they had an aquarium full of baby bearded dragons. I wanted to bring them all home, they were so cute and playful.

 she is! dragons are like dogs and cats ~ they DO show their emotions, with their facial expressions (like a smile) or with a color-change. She has on her happy colors in this pic, too

We call them our "spikey puppies" ~ they actually love to cuddle and nuzzle into our neck and fall asleep (can you tell my dragons are just a little spoiled? they have their own fleece blankies and quilts for their vivariums too)
