Made this one for my niece. Tied bows on the points (and can't tie a bow to save my life)

The bows almost give it a kite feel. I love your color choices and the bows:)

Thank you - maybe I should have left them long?

I agree that the bows are beautiful and make it look like fairy kites blowing in the breeze.. what a great effect!

Very pretty, can I ask if the outer blocks are appliqued on?
I am looking to make one for my niece and I think embroidery would go good in the outer blocks thanks Rita

Really like your quilt. Love Fairy Frosts and love your quotes. I am not sure I ever heard the MLK quote before. Thanks for sharing. KT, KT the quilting Lady

You did a great job on this Connie! The ties work out fine. I wouldn't have left them any longer because when it gets washed it would interfere with it.

Very pretty. You may want to consider tying the intersections too. I'm thinking that may help keep it together going through the washer and dryer. Just a suggestion.

Very cute. I agree with the kite look, and think it best that you kept the bows short. Probably shouldn't have long ribbons for little fingers to get wound up in on a baby quilt.
