The name tag is for my quilting group. I'm not real good at coming up with novel ideas, so I thought, "What better than a quilt!" I have never made a quilt that small, but picked out some fall colored scraps and started cutting. Here is what I ended up with. Now to decide what to put my name and Heritage Quilters on. I'm going to head for Hobby Lobby next week to see what I can find. Of course, if anyone has a suggestion, I'd love to hear it! Oh, BTW, the corners are mitered  LOL!

Could you get some clear plastic (same size) and write your guild name on that (could make small holes in the 4 corners and tie it on). For your name how about getting those beads with the letters on them and dangle the letters from the bottom of your quilt to spell your name.
