Default Farmers Wife Pony Wife Sampler Quilt Finished

My Pony Club Sampler quilt is finally finished. Started more than a year ago as a Block of the Week here on the QB with a wonderful group of ladies. We made 2 blocks per week for 45 weeks. I found a great longarm quilter who did an awesome job of the quilting and she only took 7 weeks.

I used a 40 fat quarter pack of the fabric range American Rose Banner plus a few extra fabric to make all the blocks then used the blue from the range for the sashing and the final border.

What an accomplishment! Your quilt is lovely. I have taken part in blocks of the week projects and one is finished and one is still a flimsy. Isn't finished a good thing!

It's been an honour to work together with you MiraB, on our PCs. Each week your blocks were so beautiful and now put together, it has created one stunning quilt!!! Lucky for you to have such an accomplished LAQ ... I'm blown away by her detailed quilting in the sashing! And that she has given each block a different quilting design. Just wish we could see each and everyone. Now for you to have it "hung" at the quilt show this summer. Good Luck!!!
