How about creating 2 more and doing 8x8 and adding borders, plain blocks, or sashing to make the size you want

Beautiful blocks. This is a wonderful treasure. I agree with others about using muslin for sashing. I think on point would be pretty. I can't wait to see what you do with these.

Marcia, thank you for the articles! Very interesting. I'm a farm girl and I remember we used feedsacks, but there was much I didn't know (or remember!). So glad you shared.
