Ok just add binding and done. One question for you in should I extend the lines from the plates into the bordering sashing? what do you think or should I leave it alone?

Very nice, very nice. I'm planning my first DP quilt, with "flow blue" or "delft" sort of look. Can't wait to see it moving along. I'm using the "fold the tip inwards" method shown by Eleanor Burns. Hope it turns out anywhere near as pretty as this one you have made.

I would leave it alone - it frames the plates.

Nice job! My mom has one of these in progress that I will probably have to finish for her. It's great that you can get it finished up for her.
