Thank you for the kind comments, folks.

I used the block pattern at Quilters Cache (theirs is a 24" block). I increased the units by 1", so my block ended up finishing 32".
I added 2 borders. I don't know if you can notice, but the first border is the same color as the background so the star would float. The final quilt is 40"x40"

That is just beautiful. I love yellow and blue together and the pattern is awesome. Great job and thanks for sharing.
