Finished my hexe table topper
[ATTACH=CONFIG]500006[/ATTACH][ATTACH=CONFIG]500007[/ATTACH][ATTACH=CONFIG]500008[/ATTACH]Front and back. 179 hexes in the top side. I didn't count the back side. I love doing hexes. I first made a lage circle of base and backing fabric but did not like it so I cut the excess away and added the hexes to the back to finish the topper.

I love hexes too. love the way you did this, the fall colors look so rich! love how you left the edges done. love everything about it. the one i'm working on right now is 3/4' what size are yours? I'm working toward a queen quilt, yeah one day....

That is just beautiful. You have really inspired me to make one for my dining room table. I never could quite come up with what pattern to use to make one for my table, but I think you just made that easy for me now. lol.. Thank you for sharing with us.
