Default A Major Award!!

This is a quilt that I made for "cookie day" with my mother in law and sisters in law. I'd seen this panel and I knew that A Christmas Story was a Christmas staple for the family. I didn't know how to decide which of the 5 sisters should get the quilt so we held a drawing. Everyone put their name in with a $10 donation to the American Cancer Society and I matched what we collected. We did this in honor of a niece who is a breast cancer survivor. Here's Shelly showing off her major award (and it wasn't a bowling alley!).

What a great way to support a relative and raising funds for a really great organization.
