Finished the quilt. Many of you had really good suggestions for quilting. I ended up shadow quilting around each teddy and sitd on the rails. I wanted to do a chain of teddies in the border but just didn't fee talented enough (or confident?) to do that and so just did a simple chain. I had a pre-made template for the chain. The picture isn't the best - doesn't show the colors as bright as they really are.
