I just found out on Monday that the baby shower was earlier that I had figured. I thought it might be at the end of the month... plenty of time... NOT. So I worked like mad to get it done. Just need to finish quilting and binding. Then to make some baby burb pads. Whew, I'll be ready in time.

So pretty. Lucky baby. And they will never know what changing that date did to you.

Love the pattern (what is it?) and the colors! It looks fantastic! I'm sure you'll get it done.

The pattern is Tesselating Flower by The Artist's Palette. www.ArtistsPalette.com I 'won' the pattern when I did a shop hop (free). Also FREE was the solid lilac fabric, so I just had to come up with the co-ordinate fabrics. Always love to be able to cut some of my expenses in these trying times.

Thanks for the kudos!

Very nice and I love the pattern. Looks like squares that one corner has a square attached and cut off to make a triangle. Got to try that one. Same method used for many designs, snow ball comes to mind.

Oh I love that kind of block that runs into the neighboring block for the pattern to emerge. I did some leaves that way recently and it was challenging but very fun.

This turned out very very nice. You will get raves at the baby shower! I know the mommy and baby will enjoy it.
