Default finishing hose ufos for donation Christmas gifts

last Friday my sister heard about a young woman with 3 young girls who is struggling to make ends meet and decided to (adopt) them for Christmas. many of us in our family have been in similar situations over the years so we all jumped in to help. I pulled out some ufo kids style quilts & over the weekend got them all together- just need to do the binding on the tumbling blocks one.
the little 'Now I Lay Me down to sleep one Is a fleece panel, I put the most wonderful silky soft minky on the back, then finally clipped & laundered a flannel raggy quilt and that tumbling block one- the blocks have been made for 3 or 4 years...my mom had thought I should make them into pillows....sorry mom
the girls are 4, 5 & 9 & the 9 year old is handicapped

You're so good to do this. They will be so appreciative of this. And the Momma will be amazed.

Wonderful quilts; they will love them. Your generosity makes me think of one of my favorite Christmas Quotes:

"Christmas is not a time nor a season, but a state of mind. To cherish peace & goodwill, to be plenteous in mercy, is to have the real spirit of Christmas." Calvin Coolidge
