I was about to ask if it was from that book, lol! I have it too, I'm dying to try a landscape quilt but I have so many other things on my plate right now... I love the way yours turned out! :)

Yes everything is sewn onto the background fabric. Interesting, you don't use fusible, you just use one of those glue sticks. I cut out the leaves and flowers while watching tv.Thank you for your comment.
