That is beautiful! I love the log cabin pattern and I love your colors. I just ordered the Accuquilt Go along with a couple dies and can't wait for it to arrive. Love HSN easy payment plan.

Your quilt is GREAT. Also gives me encouragement as I really am a newbey. Question, where in Northern California. My hub worked for PG&E and we lived all over in NE California, including Weaverville. Sherry

I love the decorative stitching you did along the outside of each block, makes me think of the crazy quilt tradition. The stitches were especially effective I think because you used smaller strips. I love making log cabin quilts but the larger the strips the less effective I think the design and level of sophistication. I think your marathon of sewing is amazing to finish so quickly. I generally use inch and a half strips and have other projects going as I will cut during daylight and sew at night watching television to keep things relaxed but moving along. I have never really used chain piecing and I should but am afraid I could turn strips the wrong way cuz if there is a way to make a mistake, I will make it.

I love the colors and wonderful fabrics you used and I think your work is truly meticulous. Congratulations, I can't wait to see your finished quilt for your bed. Thank you

It is wonderful, I can understand why your husband likes it so much. Great job.
