Default First of over 80 done

since I have taught my DH to sew, he has made over 80 quilt tops. I have lost count. For a long time he would only sew 2.5 inch blocks together. I finally got him to venture out of his safety realm and do some Journey to Arkansas Quilts since they are very easy. Knowing I could never get them all quilted myself and still do my own stuff, we purchased a longarm machine that I am still trying to learn how to use. I have done a few practice things but this is this first completed one that I've done for my DH. Just got it bound yesterday. Thought I would share our handiwork with you. Thanks for looking.

Beautiful quilt! Congrats on getting it done and I think it's wonderful that your husband and you have a common hobby.

What a fabulous joint effort!
It's a great looking quilt.

My friend also had an incredible pile of quilt tops.
Since she was doing all over quilting - (swirls mostly) - she started using the tops for backings as well, and immediately reduced her future workload by half.
Instant reversible quilts!

Beautiful quilt! What a nice hobby to do together. I wish my husband would make quilts with me.
