Red face First Sampler Quilt is FINISHED!

I finished my first sampler quilt today! The pattern called for some pretty messy connector blocks, which I thought took away from the main blocks. So I changed them to plain white and thought I could have a bit of fun with the empty space.

Looks lovely! Yes, the areas of white space give the quilt an open, airy look, which is perfect for those fabrics. All your blocks are great.

Very nice sampler and the white connector blocks give the opportunity for some great quilting options.

I agree with you to have the alternating blocks plain....it's not so busy. You did a great job
