I finished my first quilt about a month ago. As I type, it is on it's way to my wonderful MIL. She loves flowers so I decided on The Majic Vine by E Burns. I have been so inspired by all of you that I decided to post and let you see. My inspiration came in that you all have acknowledged 'oops' in your own quilts. Well, mine has them and I know just where to look. I sent my topper out to be quilted by a lady from my LQS. She did an excellent job. (P.S. My DH is already talking about getting me a long arm. I told him I had just finished my first quilt and that certainly should wait a while! :) ) Second quilt pic will be in another topic.

Ohhhh thats beautifal. You did an awesome job. I just met Eleonor Burns at the Sewing Expo in W. Washington. I almost bought that book. Seeing yours done makes me want to go get it. I bought 3 other books from her. I better get busy huh?
