This is beautiful, what a neat idea and the red and blacks are so vibrant. No need to thank us for taking time at looking at quilts I find once I get on the site, and not a lot, just cant get off as there is so much to see, and a joy to see all the beautiful creations that are there.

The one I made was with a cotton back, by using fleece on the back it makes a very nice warm quilt! Again - good job!

It is adorable!! Have a ?. I recently found where I had stached away some of my son's tshirts, 2 pee wee footbal, 1 band, several Scouts. Since the fabric is so thin, did it work out okay for you? What about the back? Hard to think of something for a guy. I thought about making the back like a rag look.

As this is my first t-shirt I can only guess at some of this.

I am thinking the thinness of the t-shirts will be ok since you put stabilizer on the back. I do not know if there are different thickness of stabilizers but I am sure you quilt shop could tell you.

The only thing I ran into a bit of trouble with was: I told my lady that my finished blocks were going to be 12.5 inches. She cut exactly enough stabilizer. The next time I am going to tell her a larger block number so I have enough.
