FMQ and Flowers

FMQ and Flowers
I have finally gotten up the nerve to do some real FMQing on one of my "keeper" quilts. This "The Wild Flowers" quilt which I saw at the Paducah AQS quilt show several years ago in the Primitive Gatherings booth has been sitting in my sewing room for at least a year waiting for me to get around to doing the quilting. I have been practicing FMQ on small samples and some charity quilts and decided that now is the time. I didn't really have too much of a plan when I started, but decided that no one would know whether all of this was intentional or not. Now as far as uploading pics go I have so much to learn. I have tried to upload the pictures as all of you do, but somehow can't quite get it right. My pictures all seem to run together even. Maybe someday I'll get this right..
To all of you who have posted your FMQing efforts for all to see. ... Those postings have been so instructive and inspirational for someone like me. Thank you so very much. Sneed

Sneed,
You are doing just GREAT! Your flower quilt is beautiful!!! Isn't it exciting to finally put your new skills to use on a "keeper"? That was a huge milestone for me, and I'm sure you must feel the same way.
