My dear friend Hilary (CoventryUK) is part of a Quilting group who are having a Show next weekend. I have made this cushion and will be sending it down to Hilary as a thank you to all the ladies who were so kind to me when I visited them a couple of months back!

They are having a Cushion Tombola (or something like that) when you win you get to choose a cushion as a prize!!

(Hilary will explain how it works  :D )

After saying to Hilary I would like to make a cushion to donate I went off to bed. The first magazine I picked up to read (as I always do in bed) had this technique in a pattern for a bag and I had a  moment!! Yes, I think it works well on this cushion do you?? :-D

Thanks you!

It's very easy to do, based on 1.5" strips and a bit of interfacing...simple!

:-D :-D :-D

IOt is a work of art. Your choice of fabrics makes it.

Beautiful. I want one. Where do you use the interfacing? Going to bookmark it.
