    This fabric is unusual and has a vintage look to it.

    I bought the pink fabric with the dressed up little girls back in 2004 and made a quilt for my young niece. Had about 1/2 yard left that's been sitting amongst the pink fabrics in my stash ever since.

    This weekend, I found the blue print (the last 1.5 yards on the end of bolt clearance section). I visit this store frequently and this took me by surprise because the fabric is out of print and has been since even before I bought the first piece at that same store.
    I know that many people will ask me where to buy this, and the short answer is; you most likely won't be able to find it anywhere. This print was already discontinued in 2004. How that most recent piece came to be in the store this weekend is a mystery, because it had not been there at any time in the past 7 years.
    Now, what to do with it? What are your suggestions?

    I love that fabric! No matter what you do with it the quilt will be wonderful.

    I would use as one piece...like for the center of a quilt with some kind of pretty border/borders around it. Such a cute piece of fabric. Glad you were lucky enough to find that blue.

    Pillow shams? Having the same print in a contrast color might be pretty. Use the pink for ruffles?
