Here is how I spent part of my evening. I used the 30 10" squares that Cathy sent me.

Only thing is I do not know what color to use for a border.

Lovely, Henry! For the border, you could pick your favorite color out of the quilt top - and then that would accent that color & "pull" it out of the body of the quilt.
But that's one of fun things about a scrappy style - you can pick any color you want to!

That's a hard one.
I love the purple square that is 3 rows down and the roses one that near the bottom. I think I have that same fabric!

Henry that's lovely. You could try taking from your scrap stash (if you have one) any fabric that picks up the colour from the the blocks and cutting strips the same size as the blocks. you could make up a multi coloured border at whichever width you wanted. Thats as clear as mud isn't it?

make it bigger and add the three borders. it would be nice on a sofa or big chair :D

Very nice i would go off the wall and use something like purple, or teal, i thought mauve at first but they are around the edges and you would lose the blocks. That is just my theory and i just started quilting. lol

First of all, beautiful fabrics!! And I love how you put them together. :)

For the border, I'm with Ruth on this one. I'd add more than one border. Since the fabrics mostly read "garden" or "organic" to me, I'd use a darker green small inner border to stop all that color, and then bring the color back in, in a larger outer border. I like K9's idea to make strips, or you could make any kind of 10" block you wanted using the scrappy look (half square triangle always finish off a quilt nicely for instance). You could also keep it simple and just use a lovely garden(y) fabric for the outer border. If I did that, I think I'd use a flowery fabric that was a little less densely packed with flowers or leaves. More light spaces between the leaves/flowers in the fabric design.

No matter what you choose to do, it's going to be lovely Henry. :)
