Default Diamond Rail Fence

My SIL asked me to make a quilt for her. We picked out 6 fabrics before she had her mastectomy 7 she left the pattern choice up to me. I finally chose this pattern by Ms. Star, Diamond Rail Fence, & realized I'd need quite a few more fabrics. I did show her a pic of what it might look like but she had no idea of the final colors I picked so I was a little unsure of what she would think. I brought the quilt to her on Fri. while she had a break & got a call last night that she loved it! I have called it Stained Glass Diamonds.

A great example of jazzing up a traditional block. Of course she loved it. Nice job!

That's a real eyecatcher! Love the brightness of it and the 3D look!
