This quilt was entitled spider web. I got a close-up of the border because she quilted spiders and spider webs in the black.

This quilt took best of show and quite frankly, I am not seeing it. I saw a lot of quilts that were better than this one.

Last one--

Here is my chicken quilt!! I entered it in the group category. I have NEVER entered a quilt in anything before so this was a new experience for me. Imagine my shock today when I walked in the door and one of quilts hanging in the front of the exhibit hall was mine----and it was sporting a red, second place ribbon on it. :D
