Well done, Teen. It must feel good to have an empty spot in your sewing room where the JR was. And the big bonus a pretty quilt to pass on, just because!

I too am not crazy about jelly rolls. I do favor 10" squares if I am going to use a precut. However they are not always very precise. I have only used a couple of jelly rolls and figured I could do better cutting exactly what I needed.. Your quilt is so pretty btw. I like it very much.

I don't like precuts either but you certainly turned those precuts into a beautiful quilt.

Beautiful!! I love the 9-patch cornerstone. I've only done that on one quilt. It's a perfect compliment to the checkboard blocks. Looks like you'll have your jelly rolls gone in no time!

May I ask why you all don't like jelly rolls? I got one not too long ago - it has fabrics I like and it was $4.99 so couldn't pass up that price.
