I made one with leaders and ends too, only I ran out of the white and want to make it bigger I was debating what to do. I like your border of the different colored squares. I might just have to do the same. Still not as big as I want but oh well. I really like your quilting. Inspiration for me as well. I'm saving the pictures. Thank you for sharing the pics.

I love it! The quilting really enhances the pattern. Well done.

Lovely! My Mom's name Irene and she and my sister used to sing, "Goodnight, Irene", all the time. They are both gone now.
Love your quilting and it is an example of how quilting can enhance piecing and not distract from it. Definitely not over quilted in my opinion...

Both quilts are lovely! I love the way you quilted the Goodnight Irene. You have inspired me.

The scrap quilt is very attractive on its own but your quilting makes it outstanding!

These are really beautiful and now I am definitely making a Goodnight Irene!! The quilting motif used throughout your quilt (both really) is absolutely amazing. I would love to make one and have it quilted similar but imagine the cost for the custom quilting would be very high. Do you do your own quilting or send it out? Either you are very talented or you know the right people!!!

Wow the colors pop on that first one. And the second is too cute. Good work.
