Default Got a Heart On

Sewed the third border on today and did the first corner heart. I tried out 6", 7", and 8" hearts and the first two looked kind of small. Now this one looks kind of big. Aw well... it's a big-hearted quilt.

It's not sewn on yet. Turned under seams and the heart and vine are glued down and ready to sew. Have one more border to do and three hearts. I still think that the little hearts on the outside might really be too much. I can quilt hearts for a more subtle effect.

Nope, this is the quilt in my avatar picture. No recipient in mind and I think I will keep it.

it is cute but if it's the pic in your avatar, you might want to know you put the heart upside down (If not for pointing out it's the one in the avatar, it would never have occurred to me it was not facing the way you wanted it)

I like it alot, btw

I decided that I wanted the hearts facing right side up when it's layed on a bed instead of hanging upside down so I turned it around.

Very clean, crisp looking quilt. Love the lines coming from the heart they are done so nicely. Thanks for sharing.
