Traditions are so-o-o important, and you are creating a great one. Just think, when she's a grandma, she may do just the same thing!
(nice quilt, btw)

It's beautiful!! She did a wonderful job. And what a great grandmother you are to have created this tradition in your family.

Go right ahead. I have had a blast with the DGC. It was funny, because the first 2 were girls, and the 3rd is a boy, and he was worried that I wouldn't do it with him, because he was a boy. But, he came down, did his sewing, and decided that it really is a lot of work. But he persisted and got his done, and very proud of it.

It is such a good time to share with grandkids. Happy quilting.

Quite an accomplishment for that short a time and no wonder she is proud. Good going, grandma.

I love your tradition!! I used to love spending time with my grandmother. I hope they will cherish the time with you. And that quilt is lovely....she did a great job.
