This is a wallhanging/quilt that I have recently finished for my niece. She is going to have it framed and put in her dining room which has an oriental motiff, so batting and backing was not needed. I still have to top stitch the spokes in the parasol, but was very happy with the way it turned out. Comments welcomed.

Oh, I love it!! I am drawn to books about asian women. One of my favorite movies is "Memoirs of a Geisha". Your piece reminds me of that! Thanks for sharing!!
