Quite a lot of the material I hand-dyed.

I was thinking on doing a 1/2" cross hatch on the basket squares and a feathered wreath on the solid squares. Maybe I'm just being too ambitious on this sucker since it's a queenie but we'll see.

Wonderful work! I love that basket pattern and each of the flowers is so realistic looking!! Awesome job...and you're hand dying fabrics, too....WOW you're finishing this in record time, if you ask me.

HAHAHAHAHAHAHA - I have no creativity. As long as I can follow the pattern I do okay. Otherwise, let's just not visit that park.

I have very ittle creativity either and when I try to adjust a pattern or draw my own from something I've seen, it's not pretty. Actually the project turns out great but the process of trying to make my own pattern, that's not pretty.

Got 3 more of those puppies done. I just have to get them posted when I get home from work. (Needless to say, things have gotten slow around here in the last little while)

I just have the 4 roses to do. I got the leaves for them turned and stuffed last night. tonight I want to sew the handles to the baskets and do the pressing.

I'm going to be doing one in yellow, one in pink, one in red and one in peach. So here's hoping that they turn out.

I love your blocks. You're doing a great job.
Now for the dumb question (I know there are no dumb questions, just dumb answers) who or what is EB - you said the patterns were from there?
I may want to try this pattern. I love doing hand applique, cause it's a great travel project.
