It's BEAUTIFUL!!! What a beautiful tribute to true love - she will absolutely adore and cherish it! I'm sure your grandfather is looking down and he loves it too!

The love story touched me so. It would be nice if you could get all of his shirts and make another quilt for her too some day. Your quilt turned out so nice! Thanks for sharing a bit of your life with us.

Love the quilt, love the Love story of your grandparents even more. I'm sure your grandmother will cherish the quilt for the rest of her days.

Actually I will be picking up all of his work shirts and jeans this weekend. A friend is going to help me make a quilt for my dad out if them. Need someone else to cut them. I'll cry too much. My aunt has all his ties and wants me to make her something with them. I'm picking up handkerchief to embroider one for each grand kid and great grand kid. Gonna be emotional this weekend.

Awesome quilt for two awesome people! One to keep warm with it - the other to smile down at her with love.

I loved your story!! The quilt you made for your DGM is beautiful and filled with love in each stitch and how thoughtful to create a label with one of your DGF's shirts. Your love shines through this quilt and your DGM will cherish it!

Thank you all very much. Didn't make it today to see her. Got a box for the quilt. Will take to her tomorrow.
