Granny's Hankies Border - Update
I have finally come up with a feather that is simple enough for me to handle and that I think looks okay on my quilt. Opinions, please. I already have the blue quilted but it didn't show up in the photo.

Well it isn't finished yet, but one border is done. I think I am going to like it.
I drew the feathers on the tissue paper to get the design I wanted. After *several* attempts I decided on this arrangement, then I cut the feathers out of stencil plastic and then traced the feathers onto the quilting using water soluble pen, then stitched. There is probably a much more simple way to do this, but this is my first time to do anything like this.
