Beautiful quilt. Have fun hand quilting it. I wouldn't have the patience for that. Can't wait to see it quilted.

I love Grandmother's flower Garden. I have three, one not finished from the 1900's, one from the 30's and one from the 80's. They are all beautiful. I didn't make any of them but am thinking about finishing the old one.

I'm working on a GFG, king size. I'm almost finished with the top. But, I'm not sure how to quilt it. I love hand quilting, but don't want to quilt around each hexagon, as I've done before w/a baby quilt; that would take far too long on one this size, (and I don't have much time in the day to work on it). I'm kinda thinking about maybe quilting the center hex "round", like the inside of a flower, then working the remainder in the petals. What are your plans to quilt your GFG?SandyinZ4, what is the quilting pattern that you are doing on yours?

Your quilt is beautiful. Mine looks very similar to yours. Can't wait to get it finished to the quilting stage. Have one more row to finish.
