Thanks for the hint, once I squinted I saw him immediately. Very cool to be able to do this with a quilt.

That is so cool!!!!
But I have to disagree with you on having to be a certain age.
My youngest son got us hooked on the Marx brothers! I always thought they were stupid and he loved them. One night he popped one in the dvr and we watch it - howled with laughter!! Now my husband and I watch their old movies almost every winter. Just silly and fun

I focused on those black squares that are his mustache, THEN it comes out. So, someone else asked, did you make up the pattern? Can the concept be used on other things also?

Very cool quilt! It's amazing how his image emerges with so few "pixels." Good job finding just the right colored fabrics.
