Finish it! It's way too pretty to be left as a UFO!

We (DH and I) love it. Are you considering having someone else do the quilting?

A pattern? GOM says, what's that? He just picks out blocks he likes, then grabs fabric in the colours he likes, then puts it together. He does plan, but then keeps changing his plans. He does "audition" different fabrics to go together, but then changes his mind. So his quilts are quite an adventure, because we are never quite sure how they are going to look until they are finished! Pick some real colourful fabrics for sixteen patch square blocks, and when they are made, pick out a few other blocks in real colourful fabrics, put them together, then add borders (GOMs on this quilt are Ohio stars in different colours, which you can't see because the quilt almost trails the floor) and wallah!! You have what the family here all "A John Quilt".
