cutebuns, don't have any quilting suggestions, but it looks great!
I don't think anythiing you quilt on it, will take away from it :D

Love the quilt and your monkeys too!!! :D :D :D
What if you outline stitched around the animals in the big border, with free form wonky stars in between (the kind of stars that kids draw) it would be simple and child like keeping with the theme of the quilt.

Thank you very much everyone, those are very kind words. Here is what I have so far. I just need to trim and bind now. It didn't take long especially when you consider that I used 5 different colors on it,

Wow--what an awesome place to volunteer at--like making them quilts for kids! I don't know if the US has such centers? It's such a wonderful place--idea.

The quilt looks like comforting fun! I guess I'd keep it simple and meander the outer border because with that pattern and color the quilting will be hard to see. :wink:

I love this idea. I was just thinking, "what if you puffed up the animals & clouds" and wondering if it was possible, and along came your piece. Touche (sp??).
