Crochetect sent me this quilt for long arm quilting...I think it is something her mom had started and she had finished for her??
She sent me a white backing fabric and wanted to make sure we could see no seems after quilting..so I used a double layer of batting...which makes every quiting move I make ...double visible..I tried to keep the elaborate designs in the center of the hearts..and everything else I just outlined or quilted a minimal design so that the hearts would be the complete focus.
I did this all freehand...no pantographs or computer quilting..no stencils, tracing paper, or rulers. I have a 26 inch INNOVA long arm quilting machine.
