Just lovely K, and love the little hearts, what with Valentines coming along soon! Colours are beautifully arranged.

Wow Kathryn, that is stunning!!!!! Aren't batiks amazing..they transform when they go into a quilt. Now I want to make that!! It would also be a cute doll quilt! Love the holders too---I'll have to try that on the next smallish quilt I make.

I also checked out the method for quilt as you go. I don't think I'd have the patience for it. But the quilting and overall effect came out beautifully!

That would look great on my WALL! I would want to enjoy that with a cup of warm coffee every morning. The black really makes it POP which is amazing as batik tends to pop all by itself without any assistance but this is gorgeous.

Kathryn, I love that! I wasn't always a huge batik fan, but I'm really really warming up to them too. I love the black you used as it makes it look like you are looking at a warm sunset out the window (well..if you squint and haven't had much coffee...yet)

Batiks feel so much crisper to me than normal fabric. I love them.

Beautiful quilt! And I really like the corners sewn on the back for a dowel. I have never see that. I will have to give it try for a small wall hanging. Thanks for sharing!
