Hi I love this quilt very much and should have made it myself to hang where I am living, due to the be Merry. You did a great job and I mean what I said about making it myself if I can find the pattern.

He is adorable! I love your fabric choices, fresh and bright without being over the top contemporary. I'm old fashioned I guess, but I like red and green for Christmas. The touch of black in Santa's bag is perfect. I took classes in interior design many years ago. My instructor said every room needs a touch of black, I think the same can be said of many quilts.

The center Santa applique is from a pattern by Betty Alderman called Old ST Nick. The rest of the appliquéd border is my spin lol..from coloring books and Christmas cards actually.
