    I love that about quilting - that you can take the same pattern and use different fabrics to get two completely different looking quilts. I love that the homespun one is scrappy but that you used the same background in the pink stars quilt. I'm partial to pink and stars, but even though I love the pink one, they are both very nice quilts.

    Is the stars pattern still a current pattern. I really like the homespun and know the little girl wil love snuggling with the girly one.

    The pattern is in the book Amazingly simple star quilts, not sure if you can still find it, bought it as a bargain markdown many moons ago
