Default Hot Chocolate BOM

I have had this quilt as a UFO in my closet for about 5 years. I have been working straight on this for about a month to finish it up. Well I have the top done anyway. I haven't quilted it yet because I honestly don't know what to do with it. I am debating on sending it to a long arm but I would need custom quilting and that tends to be costly. My free motion is not the best. All I have is a small cheapy brother machine. Its fine for the most part for all over patterns but I worked very hard on this quilt and I don't think it would do it justice.

Love that pattern, super cute. I have a UFO of one similar, need to get it out and start on it again.

First of all, welcome to the board. Secondly, what an adorable quilt! I love snowmen anyway & this top is too, too cute! I wish I had some suggestions for quilting but I don't. Maybe just echo the appliques? Or go with an all-over snowflake pattern? Whatever you decide on, please post it again when it's all done!

Great quilt top! You can start saving your pennies for a custom LA, wait until your FMQ skills improve or hand quilt it. I don't do a lot of hand quilting because I am slow but this fall and winter might be a good time to hand quilt your top.
