I am so very sorry for your loss. You really can tell you put your heart into this special quilt for jillyn. Bless her heart for caring and helping you when your were there.

That quilt is just so cute. Jillyn with always remember your daughter through that quilt. I hope you are able to stay in touch with Jillyn over the years. So sorry for your loss.

Ditter, that really shook me up, because I am your daughter's age. I cannot imagine how that must have been for you to go through.

The quilt for Jillyn is beautiful and I'm sure she will treasure it. I hope working on it is giving you some peace.

Thank you all so much for your thoughtful replies. My Debbie is sorely missed, but Jillyn is a new joy in my life.
Life seems to balance out that way sometimes. I should explain, Debbie was always there as Grandma Debbie since Jillyn was born. She will be 7 in May.

Tears came to my eyes as I read your post. I am so sorry to hear about the loss of your daughter. I cannot even imagine the heartbreak you and your GGD, Jillyn, have endured. The quilt is lovely and I am sure that it will mean the world to her.

Sorry for the loss of your daughter, cancer is so awfull.
The granddaughter will love it.
The little raw edge hearts are so nice...
And love the crazy patches and many blessings to you.
