Well, thanks to Tippy on the Chat Session, I tried the Tube Quilt block, attached is my first one. I have four more blue color combinations to do.
Not sure how I want to lay them out, yet. Still looking for ideas.

Great colors. I have done a couple tube quilts and love how easy it is to do. I bought fabric for my DGD and cut all the strips for her to sew one on our next quilting weekend.
Sometimes I group the like colors together. The last one I tried the just grab 4 and sewed into a block method. Kind of scrappy looking. I'm working myself into doing a scrap quilt. Good luck.
