It is Hummingbird Lane by JoAnn Hoffman. If you do a google search it is still showing in some shops if interested. Over the Rainbow fabrics (www.overtherainbowfabrics.com) shows available and I have purchased from them several times for other fabric.

My DIL gave me the Hummingbird Lane applique kit for my birthday a few years ago and I finally got it finished. The applique was laser cut and fused to backing so all I had to do was cut away the pieces and put them in the correct places on a black backing that was then fused as whole to a Dream Big panel. That's some gift your DIL gave you. It's beautiful and I have in mind the perfect recipient for it so I Googled it for a price. The lowest price I found was $140. WOW. I don't think I will be making that for my friend after all. But I do love it.
